Based on the fee structure it appears that most of these folks might just be Vonage resellers...

Well, the local voicemail number for VirtualPhone Line is the same as the Vonage voicemail phone number - so it would stronglyappear that they are reselling the vonage service for $99/month! Nice markup.

While I probably agree, Vonage may contract out their voicemail services to the same provider.
