this appears to be a significant mover towards lower and more competitive pricing - unfortunately, I can't get VOL!
the next step they have to take is to upgrade their equipment so they can reach more customers. until they do this, this is just an exercise that may or may not lower pricing from competitors.
Maybe they are seeing if they can draw customers away from Comcast; if successful, they will upgrade to bring more customers into their service area.
At least it seems to be a step in the right direction. | |

Yeah, and also solve world hunger, bring world peace, and start settlements on mars. All 3 might very well happen before what you suggested. | |
