My Speakeasy modem was shipped from Covad and it's an FF.2. Perhaps these are just the older modems? |

thanx, that works. What option shows the noise margins? can't seem to find it.
Now all we have to do is try to upgrade the firmware. Have you tried the EK4 firmware for the 645m-11 model? |

Please dump your modem system information - you can retrieve it via menu 24.2.1
Upgrading to EK.4 depends on the firmware you currently have on the modem...If you have FF.x (FF.2) then this won't be possible (I tried and even called Zyxel)
