I just got off the phone with Telocity and they confirmed that my Northpoint IDSL line is being transferred to Rhythms. The order is in process and I should be back up in no longer than two weeks. I told the customer rep that was great and I'd be talking with her again in 6 to 9 months when Rhythms went belly up. She said she had received an internal email yesterday assuring them that Rhythms was not going away any time soon. We'll see... -- Someday we'll all look back on this and plow into a parked car... Umm, Mr. Moderator, the Northpoint/Telocity help number is public record and easily located on Telocity's site (it's in all of their press releases about the Northpoint fiasco) so I don't understand why you edited my post.
