Just wanted to post, since I was noticing some severe slowdowns several weeks ago, things are now very very very much improved!
I'm getting pings from 50-80ms to every host I normally use. Speeds testing in the 3200/112 range, solidly.
Whatever changed, it has made Powerlink absolutely awesome.
