Misquito Season?

Is it misquito season yet? I thought it wasn't coming for another month or two! These damn misquitos have hit me twice in the past week leaving me with 4 bites. Here's two of them. I guess Bloomy hasn't done anything to combat misquitos. Damn they'e itchy...

They are needing some hydrocortisone ointment for sure! My daughter & I are just as tasty to the mosquitoes. And they are bigger here! Just don't scratch'em!

I've had bigger ones but these are just small and annoying as hell! I do have come Cortizone 10 and I've considered using some of my sister's eczema cream.

I've found a bit of ammonia that comes in those "Itch Eraser" sticks (like a pen with a roll top) work when it's really bad. The main ingredient? If you read the label: Ammonia.
Stay away from the eczema cream...it's for zits.

I have some of that After Bite stuff but I can't seem to find it. The itch I have is more annoying than a "must scratch or die" type of thing. Maybe it's time for repellent.

 i use this banaid anti itch cream which is clear too so it wont stain your clothes. I have encountered any mosquitoes yet. But I'm sure it won't be long, i've starting sweating and they will soon be after me :/

Hey, Nikita avoid wearing too much perfumes and bath oils. This attracts mosquitos cause of the sweet smelling scents. This also goes for shampoos, colognes, and aftershaves.

Female mosquitos use warm human blood to procreate. That's why mostly men are the main target . They also use a pain reliever when they sting you initially. This is why you may not feel anything for a few minutes. Plus this also insures they get their catch.

sounds like a woman to me

I have to wash my hair I'm not going to go around with stinky hair all summer, nor w/o scent moisturizer or occassionally wearing perfume. I guess ill have to add replent to my line of scents

 i went to florida in the beginning of may and if you think it's bad up here you have no idea how bad it is down there. In the span of like two days I have no idea how but I wound up with a total of 7 mosquito bites. It was horrible 2 on my left arm 1 on my finger 1 on my neck and 3 on my SCALP!!! (i'm not bald, and i have no idea how the hell they got through my hair).

I HATE HATE HATE mosquitoes and am grateful that there arent that many around my neck of the woods.

actually i think it was westchester that had the west nile virus and not jersey. I'm not sure but I dont recall ever hearing a west nile virus warning for jersey :P

 I don't know about all the other guys but I'm with Nikita. I take at least one shower a day and washing the hair is a must. Naturally if I am going "out" for the night I am going to have the cologne on too.

I guess the mosquitos will feast on me again
