| Contest Week 12: Colorblind! Week eleven is officially over, folks. We'll try the same method this week, as far as the final vote goes...
Congratulations to overhill  , for winning the first ever poll in a decisive fashion, with 'sunset'.
It's 'wrinkle' time again for this week's contest. The wrinkle is that the images all have to be Black and White, rather than color. For some, that can be done in camera; others will need to post-process to do it. Good luck!
The rules:
Limit one entry per person, per week.
Contest will be 'closed' sometime late Friday night.
Discussion is discouraged. (though that doesn't stop the creation of a 'companion' thread, for that purpose).
Remember that the picture will be reduced to 200 wide x140 high.

This bird made a nest inside one of my aloe pots. For two years in a row, this type of bird has come by to use my plant as a nest. I used an Olympus D-510 and converted to B&W in Photoshop. |
