It is VERY easy to make.
1) First start with a 200x200 pixel image. 2) Set the two colors to #008F0D and #00FB8E 3) Render -> Render Clouds 4) Adjust the brighness and contrast ----Use Brightness: -60, Contrast: +70 5) Then Pixelate -> Mosiac ----Use cell size of 15 6) Use Styleize -> Find egdes 7) Then Invert the image (ctrl +I) 8) Now Adjust the brightness and contrast again ----Use Brightness: +30, Contrast: +40 9) Duplicate the layer 10) Use Styleize -> Glowing Edges ----Edge Width: 2, Edge Brightness: 6, Smoothness (4, 5, or 6) 11) Set the new layer's mode the new layer's mode to lighten 12) Merge the two layers 13) Adjust the brighness and contrast ----Use Brightness: -20, Contrast: -15
The above image should result and it is seamless when tiled. -- My teacher asked the square root of Pi. I thought the answer was 2 slices. |

Mine doesn't appear to look exactly the same as yours.
I have no idea where I went wrong, but one thing I did notice was that the option to merge layers was only on one of the layers, and even then it was greyed out.
I love to do all the PhotoShop tutorials on offer around here because I'm such a PS dummy and love to learn! |

Don't know how I did it, because I copied and pasted the colours you posted into PS, but I got two completely different colours the second time and it worked so much better! |

That explains it.
Just a quick addition. If you do it in black and white, you can set it to overlay a colored cloud layer to get some nice effects. -- My teacher asked the square root of Pi. I thought the answer was 2 slices. |
