Comcast in Southern Cal?

Hi all..just had some family move to Southern Cal. Comcast is the provider in their area. How is their service? Just curious...

Many people are going to say that it stinks, e.t.c. I think the service is generally OK. The speeds most of the time are near the cap and pings are OK. I haven't delt with the support department but I've heard all sorts of things. Just look on the welcome screen to DSLR and read what people have to say. I'm sure you'll see that opinions vary.
