IP Addy Gone Nuts!

Been an interesting week so far!My IP address has been hopping around like a jack rabbit.And latency from 22 to 250 ms.Only thing been constant so far is drop in upload speeds,from 123 down to 80,still better than what I had with other modem.

Ever since the east coast has been having problems mine went from 120 up to 70 up and my download cut nearly in 1/2, gg adelphia
