| Re: OT: Why can't I have this speed at home? I have an older smc, the 7004ABR, and am able to forward up to 20 ports. My home queue is visible from work, I also, when needed, have a development web server, ftp server, etc. set up.
I use Dameware remote to get into one of my machines remotely, from which I can control just about any other machine on my network.
I know the newer SMC supports all of this too.
While I have no experience with the router you're talking about, the Linksys products I've owned have been very good. I just like SMC a bit better (802.11a WAP and NIC, 7004ABR router, and a bunch of switches and NICs).
Either way, you should get what you need. deadwax
