thats the point. whether or not you have wire maint or pay per visit you can still have it fixed.

But with vonage who's going to fix inside problems?? the cable guy?? joe the unlicensed electrician from the pennysaver????

Marietta, GA		 If it's an out-of-pocket expense, then anyone can fix it, such as free-lance electricians, or telecom freelancers, etc. I don't know if BellSouth would still fix it or not, I don't see why they wouldn't since they get paid for it.
