Cyberstation News?

Any news on Cyberstation, Inc.? We use them for a corporate VPN and they have recently been selling us accounts through Megapath. Does anyone else have experience with the CST/Megapath combination? Overall we are very satisfied, with just one issue with a Cisco PIX being the only problem we have seen from them.
Anyone got any news regarding this company ?
