A highly recommended DSL ISP if you are in needed of a alternative from Bell Sympatico. You get more benefits like unlimited downloads/uploads from 12am - 7am, 247 no wait in line friendly and helpful tech support, and the customer representative does actually care if you had a problem with your connection. In the beginning my modem didn't work at first then i called up and asked for a replacement which i got 1-2 days later. The customer rep. called me up after 4 weeks and asked about hows the modem doing and is there any problems. talking about a company that treats their customers right, unlike Rogers. In essence, i highly recommend this ISP to anyone that needs a alternative for DSL! |
