Sony TRV-820 Digital8 Camcorder (marginal as a still camera (640x480))
Panasonic KXL-600A One of the very first $99 cameras (circ. 1997) Only 640x480 but tiny. Still useful for quick and dirty web stuff, as it has no real resale value.
