I have the 1.2 mbps unlimited.
The only thing I can complain about is the mixup with the billing address and shipping address of the modem.
Aside from that, all good. They informed me by e-mail of a double billing before I got my cc bill. They managed to get it corrected before the cc company sent out my bill. So they took precautions to advise me of possible problem with billing but managed to get it sorted out anyways.
Speed is good and no service drops.
Just thought I'd mention my experience since it was good, and I usually just make the effort to post when things don't work out. |
