I am so aggravated! I signed up for DSL cause I received a promotion via email from EL about 6months at 29.99 back in April. The rep on the phone is telling me that they didn't start that until May and I misread the email. I know it says 29.99.
Now I added up for 12 months of service with the two packages and the difference isnt' that much. I am upset that they I am wrong. And to prove I am correct I would have to take out my new HD and install the old HD with all the errors to retrieve my email.
Jerks.

| Call again and speak to a supervisor if necessary. Calling Earthlink is usually a hit or miss situation. You may get better results talking to someone else.
