Wow its early AM and people are jumping off the deep end! First, you would be naive if you dont think people use your pictures for wallpaper anyway. Any image can be used as wallpaper, explorer adds that function as a right click. I put the message on them, to dissaude slightly any further distribution, to help, not to hinder.
Secondly, just because the site has general TOS does not mean they are automatically applied without asking first. I have no intention of using the images in the image gallery for anything. They'll not be sold, given away, put on another site, copied etc. its just for fun. So you can climb down off your hobby horses. If you go to any other photography type site that displays images uploaded to all members, you'll find you it much more likely they will become the property of the site concerned and used for promotion or whatever. After all, thats their business. This isn't my business.
