| reply to Skipdawg Just applied to a computer that had been giving me problems with new hardware installs (I was going to re-install the OS in the next few days to see if that would solve it), applied the service pack, re-tried the sound card driver installation and voila', we have sound!
Thanks for the link (I will let everyone know if any detrimental issues arise from the install). |
