I called in regards to my email and apparently they are having problems with their phones, call are not being routed to their respective areas. I called and they couldn’t access my state. SO good luck in trying to call today.

Yup, from another thread I saw my city shows I can get 3MEG/384K service, but this was a bad day to call. I'll wait till end of July, 3 disconnects was enough for me.

New Update I was finally able to get through the "Proper" area, But got a "We are updating our website so you will not be able to change your personal options" I guess to do anything you will have to call. Which if you are lucky will have to wait a LONG time ( I gave up after 45 mins, reminds me of Telocity ) or you will be dropped or just get a busy signal.

I imagine the tv side of the phone tree isn't impacted by the HSI email/webspace switch.

Yup TV is fine you'll get through but HSI is where they are having the most problems. The first rep told me.

I was at a customers home this morning and she couldn't send or receive email so asked me to call Comcast for her...YIKES! 3.5 hours on hold!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed the call at 9:30 am, I was still on hold at 1pm - yes, that's not a typo 3.5 hours still on hold... so I told her she might want to try another day. Believe me, I would have hung up after one hour, but the customer pays us to do what they want.

Another Update I waited 45 mins for email issues. long story. Delete wrong name and want it back was told since it was reserved they could set it up. Any who the first wait is for people who don’t know how to manually set up their mail via OE or other mail SW. I have to wait AGAIN for another rep.

Update after 1hr9mins and 41 seconds, it looks like it I might be get my original email user name back. Since it was reserved and no other comcast user had it. They think it is possible to re-activate it. Now I just need to wait.
