| The only thing I'd guess at is someone mentioned (unless I'm imagining it) that the latest BEFSR41's have a 10/100mb WAN port and maybe it's not meshing well with the TJ110.
I have a BEFSR41 and it works fine with the TJ and I get 8000+ speeds.
Did you try the OOL FTP test too and see what that shows?
