Everything from accusing me of not shipping (even after I provided USPS tracking code showing the post office received the package) to blaming the processor of not working properly due to shipping it in a USPS Priority envelope, sealed in a retail processor protection and sandwiched in mobo foam. After several troubleshooting attempts, I offered a refund after shipping back or giving him the same mobo it ran in. Both were declined.

the tracking showed it never was receieved and it wasn't until I mentioned getting the mods invlved that my package arrived, in an envelope and a thin shet of foam. I've shipped numerous processors to know thats nto the right way, not even AMD or Intel ship there's that way, ever. I don't see what good a refund will do me if I send him back the processor, since then I won't have one at all. I wanted a partial refund since I have a faulty CPU from him, his troubleshooting was to blame everything else but his faulty packaging.

He received it and it worked for a day then it would freeze up. he told me about it after he requested a new one from Dell. He ask me to transfer the ownership and I did but not before he contacted Dell. After a few weeks he received the new unit and he kept the defected one at least thats what Dell says so they charged me $458.47 until the defected PDA is sent back. I would have been more than happy to give him a refund or to send it back to Dell. But he did this behind my back and used my Dell account with the express tag. Now until Dell can confirm the defected unit is sent back I'm am responsible. For one you can't use someone elses name and if he would have contacted me sooner to make sure the transfer was approved it would have saved us both time and troulbe. For more info you can see his review under my name. My main gripe is his lack of communication to me and doing stuff behind my back using my name.
