I'm not from Cleveland but its my local peering point.
I'm having the same problems you guys/gals are i just
got done talking with tech support they tested my modem
and even though my speeds are great im showing packet
loss so they set up a truck roll for July 22.
What i don't understand and tried to explain is that
its happening to allot of people in my city so one
would think its a bigger issue but they are acting
like they don't believe me and it just my residence.

That is the frustrating part! The tech is focused on you and you alone. Hopefully they'll catch on. The good news is that problems -up to this point - have not persisted in Cleveland.
