Re: Packet Loss Back In Cleveland-Am I the only on

Was calling I guess a level 2 tech. support to find out if the SB5100 will work in this area....( by the way, they say it will work in all areas ) At first the recording said They are working on the entire Ohio service area...at least you know they are working on it...later.

Did the recording say why they were working on the entire Ohio area? What number did you call?

Thanks...

I was calling my local office...then got transfered like two times...( sorry about exact phone number ). I just went threw all this again by the way...and the messege said the same thing....but I mentioned the Ohio deal to the person I talked to, he said they are still working on it...they just about got it solved....but some areas might still have problems...but they are working like crazy on it. Hope thats good news for you guys in Ohio......So, I went and bought a SB5100 and I'm now running on that...I'll see if I notice any difference, but it kicked right off here in Pa. with no problem.
