| Re: Problems in santa monica Yesterday a adelphia tech came out to fix my cable modem and I don't know what he did but now my cable modem is worse than before. Before it use to go out for periods of about 10-20 seconds throughout the day which was kind of bearable, but now the cable goes out for a period of like 30 min to 1 hour and comes back online. The adelphia tech guy said he fixed the power level and I heard him drill something in back where the splitters meet for the cable modem. And I called adelphia and they said that it will take one week to fix the problem that their own person made. |
