How far are you from Santa Monica or the Los Angeles area?
Cause I asked a tech and they said no one in my area or in the Greater Los Angeles area has this problem. When mine goes out on my cable modem the send light keeps flashing, is that the same thing that happens to yours?
Also my tech guy is coming on Tuesday and I asked for a different one since the first one messed mine up, and if it works I will post back what he did, and if yours starts working after the tech please post back what he did so I can call adelphia.
If it continues I am most likely going to switch to Verizon DSL they have a good special going on and hopefully I won't have signal problems.
Also anyone know if adelphia can forward e-mails if you cancel your account with them. |
