When I have my regular phone line and the DSL line plugged into a splitter, if someone attempts to call me, the line will ring once and then become static. If I unplug the DSL line, then I can receive inbound calls, but obviously no Internet. I've try replacing the splitters and checking the filters. Everything was fine up until this morning.
I'm also getting 54 down / 136 up. I'm about to call Verizon. WTF
