OH don't give me that crap, I no more defended them than Telocity or DTV... I did however with all of them always question blanket general over statement, and plain falsehoods.
For whatever reason RS could not do for BS customers what they thought they could. Was it all their fault... I don't think so as they seem to do just fine in their native Verizon FL territory... bridging the gap with BS proved a problem.
My only real problem with them was when that became abundantly clear they just clammed up rather than communicating.
They no longer even offer BS customer residential service, because of whatever the fiasco was.
What's past is past, it was no big deal, just a month of MINOR inconvenience, not loss of service.
