wrong. I pay the $29.95 amount and I do not have Verizon Wireless.
You simply need to be a subscriber to certain "Veriations" or "Freedoms" packages. Call customer service for more info on what is available in your area.

I think if you have local and LD then you get $29.95 price.
If you don't really need ld from them, they have ld plan with $0 monthly fee (5c/minute on weekends, 10c other time) |

I should have listed the Local and LD only too. That is all I have.
