wrong. I pay the $29.95 amount and I do not have Verizon Wireless.
You simply need to be a subscriber to certain "Veriations" or "Freedoms" packages. Call customer service for more info on what is available in your area.

If you don't really need ld from them, they have ld plan with $0 monthly fee (5c/minute on weekends, 10c other time) | |
