i have read around the forums, and there is a lot of talk about this or that and most of it really confuzes me, i am about to get a cable connection (upgrading from 56k, woo!!!) and i was just wondering with which i would be able to download the fastest and also if there are caps on downloading files? please someone just explain it clearly, thank you |

also, i've been readina bout the caps on newsgroups...and can someone please tell me what is emant by newsgroups? i'm not quite sure i know what your talking about? |

clubs:
| both offer same speeds, 2Mbit down and 384kbps. if you dont know what newsgroups are or if you dont use them, then dont worry about the NG caps. there are not caps on the rest of the service (ex: downloading from sites, p2p, etc.)
