both offer same speeds, 2Mbit down and 384kbps. if you dont know what newsgroups are or if you dont use them, then dont worry about the NG caps. there are not caps on the rest of the service (ex: downloading from sites, p2p, etc.)

also, i've been readina bout the caps on newsgroups...and can someone please tell me what is emant by newsgroups? i'm not quite sure i know what your talking about?
