Huge latency since Aug 3

Now, for 2 straight days, I've been pinging at least 600ms to the first machine in the Eastlink network -- my download and upload speeds have both dropped to 10kB/s. I don't its a case of capping since its only beginning of the month.

Anyone else?..

join:2003-06-05		 Phew, it's over now -- had something to do with my modem so I just replaced it.

By the way -- Eastlink's support has been GREAT.
