| [wired] BEFSR11 TO SBC PPPoE dsl config help ?
I have tried this before and have never been able to get it to work.
The dsl modem works fine with just one computer.
When I add the router into the mix (along with a generic hub) the router will not stay connected to the internet, and when it disconnects, you need to access the router web interface to restart it. I don't want everyone (2 other computers) to have to even know how to access the route.
I have never been able to get this to work, SBC doesn't want you to use more then one computer at a time, so they make it hard, but I'm sure this can be done.
Any help out there ??
Thanks

| What dsl modem? Is it also a router?
Do you have Connect on Demand: Max Idle Time = 0 Min?
Have you posted in the SBC forum as well: »/forum/ilec,sw···days=365 ? -- And you may ask yourself... Where is that large automobile? |
