 [XP] Create the Ultimate Slipstream CD

I found this site by accident and it describes something I wanted to do for quite a while. While showing how to do a traditional bootable Service Pack slipstream CD for XP, it also explains how to incorporate Hotfixes, driver updates you have found, raid and scsi controller drivers, and complete software installations including Office.
