OT: What is with Paypal non-CC funds?

I see everyone is requesting paypal funds from a non CC-account. What is the purpose of this? Are people cancelling order via their CC company? My paypal account is set up off my checking account only because my CC company started hitting me with transfer charges to use PP.

Only reason is that Paypal and your CC company Charge you for a credit card transfer if you have a personal account..

PayPal charges a fee to those who accept Credit Card payments via PayPal.
Since the majority of people here are not business owners, it is a bit expensive to accept Credit Card Payments via PayPal.
The fee applies not only to CC funds, but other funds as well, once you upgrade from standard to business class.
And quite frankly, I cannot tolerate a 2.8% fee hit on a $20.00 transfer. It eats into the total profit you may be trying make.

that(you saying your CC is charging you now) is all depends on the way you withdraw. If it is done properly buyer won't have any fees on the CC. Sellers prefer non-CC payments because of the account status. Account with no PayPal fees has very low CC acceptance limit. Once that is over(limit) you are either forced to upgrade you account or reject the money. In my case, I have a premier account and I can accept what I want, when I want and as much as I want - yes I end up paying fees on EVERY transaction, but I feel if I am selling and advertising PayPal as a payment method, buyer should not be jumping though the hoops for it.
