I think the general rule for wireless clients on a SOHO AP is about 20 users simultaneously. Of course the more constant traffic the less users would be tolerable.
Sorry but based on some of my experiments I would have to disagree with you. Would they all get a connection to the AP, yes. Would it be usable, NO!

I mean after all, I don't expect the 614+ to be able to handle that many clients well... come on, it is a $40 box!

My opinion is 5-10 max.

I agree with the above poster. The D-link 614+ Rev A has a very wimpy processor. Web browsing and email is no problem. Probably 20-30 computers no problem just like you can hook that many computers to a cable modem and still be happy with the bandwidth everyone is getting. Thats because generally not everyone is downloading MP3's or whatever. At least not simultaneously.

I know from my experience with edonkey that the D-link can't handle that at all. 32 edonkey client connections is about the most I can maintain (that's connections on 1 computer, not 32 computers connected to the router) and there are other problems. Not sure how that translates into other uses though.

If you plan on having more than a couple wireless connections I would highly recommend the Rev B just to be sure.
