Not so my friend, the lowest ranking enlisted man in the Navy is the Midshipman. I know this is not officially an enlisted rank, but they are not yet commissioned and when they come aboard for training, not even SR's give them any respect!

As they should, when the 18 year old punk is just weeks away from ordering around a bunch of enlisted men who have been there for years.
