Not so my friend, the lowest ranking enlisted man in the Navy is the Midshipman. I know this is not officially an enlisted rank, but they are not yet commissioned and when they come aboard for training, not even SR's give them any respect! |

As they should, when the 18 year old punk is just weeks away from ordering around a bunch of enlisted men who have been there for years.
