Hmm...so PB is giving your installation problems also..so far PB disconnected my NP line April 12 did a partial FOC around April 16...FOC was to be completed by April 20...but I guess was cancelled too late because it was supposed to be a CLEC to CLEC transfer around April 19,PB tagged their end with a new circuit number,I now have two circuits and a large cell phone bill...so close..

PB did that for me..one line loop test came out 220` ...of course it was the wrong line.
