| VoicePulse Caller ID When I get a call on my VoicePulse telephone, the telephone number of the person calling shows up on my caller ID display, but their name does not. Instead of their name I get two quotes (""). When that same person calls on my POTS line, I get both their number and name on my caller ID display. Is this the case for all VP users or just me? |

| Just found out from VP customer service that caller ID "name delivery" is only offered in NJ, PA and DE area codes. I have a NY area code.

Yeah, currently none of the providers have 100% support of incoming Caller ID. But, since you're a VP customer, you could use their "Contacts" feature and put in the number that will be calling you and the name you want to show up on your phone. So, on one hand, they still won't have Caller ID name on calls from people you don't know. On the other hand, you can set your own Caller ID name so it can say "Mom At Work" on the phone (for people whose number you know). |
