help me get into my 5200

I tried doing everything in this faq to get into my 5200 but it never worked

You will need to ask the writers of that Sympatico FAQ why it doesn't work. »Bell Canada I don't know as that's their FAQ and not from this Forum.

the arp command should be:

arp -s 10.0.0.1 00-0b-23-11-09-a5
