Sup Geeks. I have had Verizon Online Services for about 3 years now. Been using the same package(1.5/384)ever since. I have had some downs with Verizon but for the most part its been great. My transfer rates are stable. Yes, their tech support is the worst, probably outsourced like everything else... last person I want to talk is some tech chick who has no idea what FTP or DNS is.
The only good thing I can say about my DSL is my transfer rates are a bit higher than what my package states, (at times)perfect for a little file server. I live very close to the CO, so thats always a +. I currently pay $80/month which includes ISP.
