| That's a long topic. Here's the "nutshell" version of Bob0000 's violation, for anyone who isn't up-to-date:
As a result of "excessive bandwidth usage", Bob0000 , a silver subscriber, received the "Bandwidth Usage Limitation" violation letter last month. (sample letter provided by hqh510 )
Bandwidth Usage Exceeded (click to enlarge)

The letter doesn't mention anything about exceeding the rate limit. |

 | This letter is just a worthless piece of paper.....how they tell you that you have exceeded the bandwidth limitations without letting customers know up front what those limitatios are? |

It's more than likely not an absolute amount, but more of a "amount downloaded within a given time frame" scenario.
I agree that paying for Pro and putting the same reigns on "Pro" paying members as those with basic accounts is silly. They'll only run into the "limit wall" that much sooner. -- "Suddenly everything is fainting, falling from a broken ladder's rung.
