Crappy..but.

It was only a matter of time. Put that much power in the hands of a private organization, and sooner or later they will use it to their advantage, regardless of the problems it causes for the real world.

Let's not make the the assumption that absolute power corrupts only private corporations. { see dept. of homeland security }.
