When is a Trojan not a Trojan?

Can someone please explain why the number of trojan definitions very by so much in theese two programs.I never see anyone talk about Anti-Trojan here.

 The former product {Anti-Trojan} may enumerate all variants of each trojan, forex if it was packed by several different runtime packers {UPX, ASPACK, etc.}. Whereas the latter product {Trojan Remover} may only list primary trojan samples detected, and not their variants, even though it can detect the variants too. HTH
