I would expect it would require an account or perhaps a phone card much as it is with payphones today. Perhaps it will be like dialup where you just "dial in" to your provider. Or as cell phones are, set your stuff to roam. They could even provide some emergency services this way. Contact to emergency services? -- If ya gotta go, Go with a SMILE! |
