Thanks for the info! I think im just going to get Comcast high speed, they have no contracts and I have read on some other boards that in the Atlanta area they are running at download speeds of 3mbs. I was only stuck with msn because i had a 3 year contract with them and it expires sometime in oct i wonder if they will let me out of it early?? |

  Disappointed with MS
@198.85.x.x | reply to rob2421 I was informed that I will not be able to get out of my contract without paying a percentage of the balance due. I do work in the legal field and I don't think this is eithical or legal. |

| No offense intended here but this makes me wonder. If it was not ethical, why did you sign it or otherwise agree to it to begin with? If you did sign, or or in some other fashion agree to the terms, then I have no doubt that it is legal and binding. IMO ethical and legal are often not synonymous. -- Each moment is a chance to turn it all around. Even if only one cure is to be found, wouldn't you like to help? Join us won't you? |
