HELP!

I have trouble installing RASPPOE. The damn thing gives me the "The specified location does not contain information about your hardware" message no matter what I do. (Yes, I've read the readme file and renaming the installation path to c:\raspppoe doesn't help at all.)

I've done some snooping and in the root directory I found the rasppoe installation log: SETUPXLG.TXT. Here's its content:

quote:

Time Stamp: Mon Sep 29 21:58:41 2003
cbDiskPrompt : File copy canceled on:
Time Stamp: Mon Sep 29 21:58:41 2003
cbDiskPrompt : ndiswan.cat;CATALOG3.CAB
Time Stamp: Mon Sep 29 21:58:41 2003
cbDiskPrompt : C:\WINDOWS\catroot

Now, the directory C:\WINDOWS\catroot does not exist on my system. I have WIN98SE, but everything is working fine.

Any help would be appreciated!
