 more port 1243

Well now its becoming even more of a problem. From 1201 am local time I have had 165 hits to port 1243. Have there been any hints as to why this is? I have to question to the limited scope that I am seeing it on as the are coming out of comcast; sbc; and rr; and and a few from EU and Asia. What is the possibility of blocking this port? From my research its a port almost only used for Trojans.

Wouldn't this be more appropriate in the Security forum?
Maybe a Mod will move it for you.
